What does elevator service software not do?
This section matters more than the feature list, so here it is plainly. ElevatorPlus does not do remote diagnostics. Elevator service software is not a category you buy because a spreadsheet is embarrassing. You buy it at the point where the informal system starts costing more than it saves, and that point is usually visible in one number: how long it takes to answer which contracts made money last quarter.
The thing to test is architectural, not cosmetic. Does the lift exist as a record with its own history, and does the contract exist as a record with its own date?
