Documented, and available to connect whatever your business already runs. Your team, your existing vendor, or ours.
For tools without a native connection, an automation layer using n8n links ElevatorPlus to hundreds of additional systems without custom development.
Every IndiaMART enquiry lands in your ElevatorPlus lead pipeline automatically, with the buyer's details already filled in.
Facebook and Instagram lead ads come straight into your pipeline, so nobody is copying names out of a notification.
Enquiries from your own site create a lead with the source recorded, so you can see which pages actually generate business.
Any Google Form you already use for enquiries or site surveys feeds into ElevatorPlus automatically.
Quotations, service reports, renewal reminders and breakdown updates sent over WhatsApp, with 30+ triggers you control.
Accounting entries flow into the Tally ledger your finance team already works in. Live with customers today.
Customers pay online against their contract, and the receipt posts back automatically.
Attendance and staff records sync with your existing HR system rather than being kept twice.
Ask your own business questions in the AI tool you already use. Which AMCs expire next month, which lifts are consuming the most parts, how a branch is performing. Your data, queried in plain language.
The automation layer. Connects ElevatorPlus to hundreds of other tools through workflow automation, without custom development.
Using something that is not on this list? That is what the API is for.
Elevator companies run all sorts of systems. An HR platform the finance director chose eleven years ago. A bespoke reporting tool somebody's cousin built. A parent company's ERP. None of those will ever be a native integration in anybody's product, and that is fine.
ElevatorPlus has a documented open API. Customers have already used it to connect the HRMS they had been running since long before ElevatorPlus, rather than replacing a system that worked.
What typically moves across it: creating and updating leads, pushing complaints in from another system, pulling service history out for reporting, syncing customer and site records, and exporting consumption data to finance.
Bring the system on the call. We will tell you which of the three routes is fastest.
Documentation and guidance are provided to you or to your vendor.
For tools that do not need custom development.
Every integration is documented, with setup guidance from our team. Depending on what you are connecting and how your systems are built, the connection itself can be delivered three ways.
If you have developers, they have everything they need: the documentation, the API and our guidance. Several customers have taken this route to connect systems they had been running for years.
If another company already supports your ERP or HR system, they are usually the fastest route, because they know that system better than anyone. We work alongside them.
We can build it, under a scope agreed with you. Bring the system to the call and we will tell you what is involved.
Tell us what you are connecting and we will tell you which route is fastest. That answer is often not the one that involves us.
200+ elevator companies across 20+ countries run their operations on ElevatorPlus, with these connections carrying their leads, their messages and their accounts.

Can ElevatorPlus connect to a system that is not on this list?
Yes, through our open API or the n8n automation layer. Bring the system to the call and we will tell you which is appropriate.
Who builds the integration?
Your own IT team, the vendor who already supports that system, or the ElevatorPlus team under an agreed scope. We provide documentation and guidance in all three cases.
How long does an integration usually take?
Native connections are switched on during onboarding. Anything built against the API depends on the system at the other end, which is why we scope it with you rather than quoting a number here.
Do you replace our accounting software?
No. ElevatorPlus is not an accounting platform. It creates and finalises quotations, records payments against a quotation or a contract, and stores the invoices you raise elsewhere so the whole record sits in one place. The invoicing itself stays in the system you already use. Tally integration is live with customers today, and QuickBooks, Xero and others connect through the API.
Can we keep our invoices in ElevatorPlus?
Yes. Invoices raised in your accounting system can be uploaded against the contract or the job they belong to, so the quotation, the payment record and the invoice all sit together without ElevatorPlus becoming your accounting system.
Is there an API?
Yes, documented, and shared with your technical team during onboarding.
What is the n8n automation layer?
A workflow automation layer that connects ElevatorPlus to tools that do not have a native integration, without anyone writing custom code.
Can I use ElevatorPlus data inside Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. ElevatorPlus supports MCP, so you can ask your own business questions in the AI tool you already use and get answers from your live data. This is separate from the AI assistant inside ElevatorPlus, which answers questions about how to use the product rather than questions about your business.
Can we keep the HR system we already use?
Yes. Customers have connected HR systems they had been running for years rather than replacing them.
Who supports the integration after it goes live?
Whoever built it, with our documentation and guidance behind them. If we built it, we support it.
The integration question that decides most software purchases is usually one specific system somebody in finance or HR does not want to give up. Bring that one to the call.
