ISEE Delhi 2026 Visitor Guide: Hall 1, What to See, and How to Book 20 Minutes at Booth 1H16

By Mr. , ElevatorPlus ·

In short: The third edition of the International Sourcing Exposition for Elevators and Escalators (ISEE) runs 3 to 5 December 2026 at Yashobhoomi, the India International Convention and Expo Centre in Dwarka, New Delhi, across 40,000 square metres. ElevatorPlus is at Booth 1H16 in Hall 1 all three days. This guide is for lift company owners and service heads: how to plan the three days, the three questions to ask every software stand, what to bring to a 20-minute slot, and the ten-question scorecard you can print before you leave.

Key takeaways

  • ISEE 2026 is 3 to 5 December at Yashobhoomi IICC, Dwarka. The organiser is ISEEVENTUS Pvt. Ltd. and the official site is iseeexpo.com. Registration, hall timings and the floor plan come from there, not from this page.
  • Plan by question, not by aisle. Decide the three things you need to know before you walk in. Every stand will have a brochure; few will have your answer.
  • Ask every software stand the same three questions. One lift's twelve months of visits in under ten minutes; who answers at month seven, in writing; all seven year-one cost lines in writing.
  • Bring one number to Booth 1H16. AMCs ending before 31 March, or breakdowns on your worst lift in the last 12 months. Twenty minutes, the product open, no slide deck.
  • Score, do not collect. The printed scorecard at 1H16 has ten questions and three boxes each. Fill it at every stand and compare at the hotel.

The organiser describes ISEE as India's premier trade exhibition for the elevator and escalator industry, and positions India as the world's second-largest elevator market. Those are the organiser's words. Everything else on this page is ours.

If you are coming from outside Delhi, the venue is in Dwarka, in the south-west of the city. Check the organiser's visitor page for the entry gate and the registration desk for Hall 1; we will update this page with those details on 28 November.

How should a lift company owner plan three days at ISEE?

Most owners walk a show the way they walk a market: aisle by aisle, collecting bags. By the second afternoon the bags are heavy and the notes are thin.

Plan by question instead. Before you leave, write down the three things you need to know this quarter. For most lift companies in November they are some version of:

  1. Which AMCs end before 31 March, and which of them will I lose?
  2. Which of my lifts cost more to keep than they earn?
  3. Which process still runs on one person's memory?

Then walk the show looking for answers to those three, not for products. A component stand, a controller stand and a software stand can each answer a different one. Give each day a job:

Day Job Output by evening
3 December Walk the whole floor once, fast. Mark the stands that answer one of your three questions. A shortlist of eight to ten stands
4 December Go back to the shortlist with the scorecard. Sit down at the ones that pass. Scored sheets, two or three serious conversations
5 December Second meetings only. Bring the person who runs your service desk if you can. A decision, or a dated next step, per stand

We cover how to run the same discipline inside the company, not only at a show, in Is Your Lift Company Ready for Software? Three Checks First (YouTube, 31 October 2026).

What are the three questions to ask every software stand?

Software stands are the easiest place to lose an afternoon, because every demo looks good for forty minutes. Ask these three at every one of them, in this order, and watch what happens on the screen rather than what is said.

1. "Show me one lift's twelve months of visits, in under ten minutes." Not a customer. One lift. Every planned visit, every breakdown, the part replaced each time, in date order. If the stand has to filter a ticket list by customer name, the system logs work against the customer, not the lift, and the lift that fails three times a month will stay invisible.

2. "Who answers at month seven, and where is that written?" The demo is the easiest week of the relationship. Month seven is when the coordinator who did the training has left and a screen does not do what it did in the demo. Ask for the onboarding and support commitment on paper. If it is not written, it is not a commitment.

3. "All seven year-one cost lines, in writing." Subscription, implementation, data migration, training, integrations, phones and data plans, your own team's hours while two systems run side by side. A blank cell means not included. Ask for year three as well, because per-user pricing rises with every technician you hire. The full breakdown is in What Does Elevator Software Really Cost in Year One?.

Use the three on us first. Booth 1H16 is in Hall 1.

What happens in a 20-minute slot at Booth 1H16?

There is no slide deck. The product is open on the screen and the conversation runs on one of your numbers.

Minute What happens
0 You give us one number. Either the AMCs you hold that end before 31 March, or the breakdowns on your worst lift in the last 12 months.
1 to 15 We put that number on the screen and show you what it looks like tracked: the renewals list with its reminder dates at 60, 30 and 1 day before expiry, or one lift's twelve months of visits with the part replaced each time.
15 to 20 You ask the scorecard questions. Any of the ten. We answer on the screen, not from a brochure.

Two things we do not do at the stand. We do not quote a price on the day; the number is built from what the 30-minute Revenue Leak Walk-Through finds, after the show. And we do not promise that every technician will love it by week two. The day-one test for the technician app is in The Day-One Test: Will Your Technicians Actually Use Lift Software? (live 16 November).

Slots are held when booked. Walk-ins are welcome between them. Mr. Sumeet Katariya is at the stand all three days.

What is on the ten-question scorecard?

Printed copies are free at 1H16. Score every stand 0 (could not show it), 1 (showed something close) or 2 (showed exactly that, on the screen). Compare at the hotel, not at the stand.

# Ask the stand to show you
1 The reminder that goes out 60, 30 and 1 day before an AMC expires
2 Every job completed this quarter with no invoice against it
3 One lift's twelve months of visits, in under ten minutes
4 Breakdowns per lift, not per month
5 A spare issued against a job number
6 One visit closed on the app with no signal, and what happens when the signal returns
7 The app switched to your technician's language, on that phone
8 Who answers at month seven, and where that is written
9 Your data exported from the admin panel, now, in front of you
10 All seven year-one cost lines in writing, and the year-three price

The full version, with what a right answer looks like for each and the printable card, is in The Elevator Software Scorecard: Ten Questions to Score Any Vendor (live 1 December).

How ElevatorPlus answers the three questions ?

Every service visit and breakdown is held aganst the lift, so one lift's twelve months is one screen. Onboarding commits in writing to up to 45 days (on condition that your side answers on time and hands over its existing formats), a pre-formatted Excel for your lift data that imports in one click with our coordinator guiding, virtual training by role, a named project coordinator, and one week on site at no extra cost if you cover travel, accommodation and food. Most customers are fully live within 2 to 7 days of the data being in. The seven cost lines are answered in writing, in the Walk-Through, after the show.

A show rewards the visitor who arrives with questions, not the one who leaves with bags. Write your three down before you travel. Ask every software stand the same three. Score, compare at the hotel, and make the decision on 5 December with the person who runs your service desk beside you.
